Box Reduction
If all the Cells of a particular Row or Column where a candidate can be found belong to the same Square, then this candidate must be the solution for one of these Cells and hence it can not be the solution in any other Cell of that Square.
In the example above candidate 4 must be the solution in either C2, or C3 in Row "C". Hence it can not be the solution in A2 or A3 in Square "1".
